Between the "vendor" being Diagnostic Solutionz LTD and the 'purchaser" being you the customer

Pricing and Payment

All payments shall be made on the day invoice unless otherwise stated on invoice, or otherwise arranged in advance by the Customer with Diagnostic Solutionz management.

Diagnostic Solutionz LTD reserves the right to refuse credit facilities, to stop any credit for account holders for any reason. 

Diagnostic Solutions LTD may require the Purchaser to provide part payment/deposit before any services are conducted. 

Any parts or consumables will remain the property of Diagnostic Solutionz LTD until payment is made in full.  

If the terms of payment are not met Diagnostic Solutionz LTD reserves the right to assign the debt to collection agencies. The purchaser will be liable any and all costs associated with the collection of overdue accounts including interest at 10% per calendar month of the overdue accounts.

Warranty

Diagnostic Solutionz LTD will warranty its workmanship for 6 months. Parts warranties are subject to the type and nature of the parts supplied and the warranty of its 3rd party suppliers. Any used or 2nd hand parts will come with a 3 month parts warranty only unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. In the event of faulty goods or services being supplied by the vendor, the vendor’s total liability shall not exceed the replacement of such goods or services or the refund of the invoiced cost of such goods or services. 

Any parts being returned for credit must be returned in the same saleable condition as when they were originally sold, no later than fourteen (14) days of first receiving the goods. 

Any dispute of any invoice must be made in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt of such invoice. 

Software Tuning

Diagnostic Solutionz LTD does not take any responsibility for failure of ECUs during OBD, bench, boot mode, service mode or direct connection write or guarantee any communication protocols supplied by Alientech, or any 3rd party flashing device.

Any costs due to failed software or hardware damage due to opening are not covered by Diagnostic Solutionz LTD.

Cost to rectify failed ECU writes or updates to a vehicle’s engine software because of tool writing, dealer updates or fixes from the software supplier, is not covered by Diagnostic Solutionz LTD

Diagnostic Solutionz LTD does not accept any liability for deletes, defects, the removal of, or compliance failure of vehicles with emissions systems.
